Kitchen & Bath Designer who?s ready to
take the reins in our K&B department and then across two retail locations.
This isn?t just a job?it?s a pathway to
influence and leadership. Duties ? What You?ll Be Doing: - Collaborate with clients to bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life
- Design using 2020 software across multiple cabinet lines
- Consult on product selections and design solutions
- Quote, order, and track all project components
- Work hand-in-hand with installers, project managers, and our showroom team
- Provide guidance and training to showroom staff
- Help lead pricing, merchandising, and department strategy
Requirements ? We?re Looking For: - 3+ years in Kitchen & Bath design using 2020 software (multi-line experience preferred)
- A strong design portfolio showing off your 20/20 chops
- An eye for detail and a passion for customer experience
- Experience managing K&B projects through installation
- Experience specifying plumbing fixtures is a plus
- Interior Design degree or industry certification? Bonus points!
