Our Contract Temp to Hire Recruiter/Talent Advisor is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets 
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants via job boards and applicant tracking system 
• Collaborating with Hiring Mangers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices

• Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance
• Executing programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication
• Actively inform Talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates
• Driving and executing process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores
• Maintaining operational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services to meet the customer needs 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language
• Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships
• Results-Oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management 

Seeking a minimum of 2 years' experience in Recruiting high volume and an onsite employee management capacity.

Base hourly range for this position is $20 – $26.50 per hour.  Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
