**Job Opportunity: Associate Attorney - Commercial Real Estate Practice Group**
We are excited to announce an opening for an experienced Associate Attorney to join a well-established and respected multi-service law firm located in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to become part of a dynamic team focused on commercial real estate.
**About the Role:**
As an Associate Attorney in our Commercial Real Estate Practice Group, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of sophisticated clients, including commercial real estate developers, financial institutions, and landlords/tenants. Your expertise will be essential in navigating a variety of real estate transactions, including residential, self-storage, warehouse, office, industrial, mixed-use, and gas station properties, as well as office-condominium transactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work onsite at our Palm Beach Gardens office.
- Represent clients in complex real estate transactions, focusing on:
- Acquisitions and dispositions, particularly purchase and sale agreements.
- Construction, acquisition, and mezzanine financing.
- Commercial leasing, with a focus on anchor and junior-anchor shopping center lease transactions.
- Construction and development, including the preparation and negotiation of AIA construction documents.
- Drafting and negotiating easement agreements, declarations, and association documents.
- Managing survey, title, and due diligence review processes.
- Conduct thorough research and provide strategic analysis to support client needs.
**What You'll Bring:**
- A strong foundation in various areas of law, including Family Law, Environmental Law, Immigration Law, and Securities Law.
- Exceptional legal judgment and business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial real estate law.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to manage files independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Active license to practice law in Florida and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
