Key Responsibilities:
Craft and serve cocktails, sake, and spirits with speed, accuracy, and consistency .
Maintain a welcoming, polished, and energetic atmosphere behind the bar.
Provide personalized recommendations and upsell premium selections.
Manage bar inventory, prep mise en place , and ensure the bar remains clean and organized.
Work closely with barbacks and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all responsible alcohol service laws and venue policies.
Uphold Yamashiro Miami’s elevated standards in service, presentation, and hospitality.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years bartending in upscale, fine dining, or high-volume establishments.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of classic cocktails, bar techniques, and mixology principles.
Skills:
Familiarity with Japanese ingredients, sake, and spirits is a plus.
POS system experience .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional presence.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
Legal & Scheduling:
Must be of legal age and possess valid alcohol service certification.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
