Must Have:

• POWERBI (PowerBI Desktop features, DAX, PowerBI Service features)
• SQL ( Data Modelling Concepts (Star Schema & Snowflake Schema). SQL Joins & Unions (Scenario Based). Window Functions. Time Intelligence Functions. Datawarehouse, Data Lake, Data Mart, Snowflake Schema, Star Schema. OLTP vs OLAP. Clusters, Partitioning, Tables, Transient Tables, Materialized Views, Views )
• Power BI Advance ( Paginated Reports, PBRS, Tabular Editor, Power On)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in business intelligence (BI), exceptional SQL capabilities, and a track record in data and semantic modeling. This role requires a foundation in financial services and a strong command of Power BI. Experience with Cube Dev, AtScale, Kyvos, and advanced Power BI concepts such as Power ON, Paginated Reports, Power BI Report Server (PBRS), and DAX would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
• Conduct complex data analysis and create semantic models that are scalable and optimized for Power BI.
• Employ expert-level SQL skills for sophisticated data querying and manipulation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate these into technical specifications.
• Enhance and support the BI infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Provide training and support to users on Power BI usage and best practices.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge on the latest Power BI features and other BI technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven BI background with a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in SQL is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in data and semantic modeling.
• Background in financial services is required.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including the development of DAX expressions, is mandatory.
• Experience with BI tools like Cube Dev, AtScale, Kyvos is preferred.
• Experience with advanced Power BI concepts such as Power ON, Paginated Reports, PBRS.
