Job Duties:

• Answering phones
• Checking patients in
• Collecting payments
• Scheduling
• Maintaining patient relationships
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and great customer service skills.
• Ability to manage accounting and billing tasks
• Communication skills with a broad spectrum of individuals
• Troubleshoot simple computer/technical issues
• Ability to read and understand insurance information and regulations
• Office experience is preferred.
