- Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $58.00-$64.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Business Systems Analyst: - Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings with business owners and subject matter experts to gather, define, and drive execution of comprehensive business requirements and system rules
- Provide consistent and transparent communication by delivering daily updates on activities, including progress tracking, issue escalation, and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Assist with the development of an interface between our internal claims system and our external health analytics vendor
- Identify and document which claims should be transmitted, assess the scope of Pharmacy claims, and establish a hierarchy for leveraging multiple vendors for claims validation
- Define reporting requirements and understand how to manage the appeals process, including data tracking, letter management, and appeal routing
What you’ll bring to the Business Systems Analyst role: - 5+ years of experience with strong technical and analytical expertise
- Experience working within Agile frameworks and applying Agile principles
- Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
- Strong skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed with a high degree of accountability
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective at managing multiple priorities and competing demands
- Proficient in documenting detailed business requirements
