What You'll Do:
As a Client Relations Specialist, you'll be part of a team that helps protect the clients we serve at Privacy Bee, providing top-tier service to ensure our customers' personally identifiable information is removed from unwanted data brokers and people search sites. Whether it's inputting data into a spreadsheet, solving problems, or simply making people BUZZ with excitement about our product, you'll play a key role in our operation here at Privacy Bee. 

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone passionate, motivated, and ready to bring their A-game to the team and someone who can stay focused during routine work but shift gears easily when priorities change. While some tasks may be repetitive in nature, the role also includes fast-paced moments that require adaptability and quick thinking. If you're someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and believes a positive attitude can solve almost anything, this role might be perfect for you! ** We are looking to hire for the 3rd Shift. Training initially will be M-F from 9-6 and then once training is completed you will be working the 3rd shift hours**

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional tone.
• A knack for problem-solving, even when the solution doesn't seem so easy.
• No prior experience is necessary, but it can be a plus! If you're new to the field and have a positive attitude, we'll show you the ropes!
• A team player with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
• A love for learning and adapting in a constantly evolving environment.
