The Impact You’ll Make In your first year, you’ll:
- Run daily field operations for multimillion-dollar hospitality or multifamily builds, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are not only met but exceeded.
- Establish a proactive safety culture that keeps every crew member protected and every inspector confident.
- Lead site logistics, trade coordination, and daily team accountability — with full support from a trusted project management team.
- Build strong partnerships with owners, city officials, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth approvals and fewer jobsite delays.
- Mentor up-and-coming field leaders and shape the next generation of builders.

Are You Ready to Build With Us? We’re looking for construction leaders with:
- 10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial industry with concrete and mechanical experience
- A deep commitment to jobsite safety and quality control
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- The ability to drive within the Orange County, LA, and Inland Empire regions
What We Offer Total Comp : Base salary $100,500–$150,000 (DOE) + performance bonus + auto allowance + fuel reimbursement
