The Customer Service & Office Supervisor will guide a gifted team of people dedicated to giving our customers the great customer service they have come to expect. Through a combination of attention to detail, seamless execution of duties, and a heavy dose of care for people, they will be a steady presence during the exhilarating times at the marketplace when every minute counts.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist the customer service counter and customer relations.
  • Lead all cash balancing and collections from indoor and outdoor vendors.
  • Maintain and improve financial accountability within all operations of the Hartville Marketplace.
  • Assist in scheduling and monitoring payroll hours and dollars.
  • Assist Human Resources with any Marketplace specific functions as needed.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Promote positive Team Member morale by setting an example through personal work habits, and attitude adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Give encouragement and proper recognition for performance.
  • Coach team members to maintain a high level of guest experience.
  • Respond to guest concerns or problems to restore and promote good public relations.
  • Observe and evaluate team members and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
  • Ability to assist Food Service and Flea as needed and directed by Manager
  • Able to assist on special events when needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Cash office and customer service experience required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, hospitality management is a plus.
  • 2+ Years of work experience.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software.
