Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Data Warehouse Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and maintaining data solutions that support organizational analytics and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration, accuracy, and accessibility using modern tools and methodologies. Responsibilities: - Design and implement data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and reporting needs. - Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from Oracle into Azure SQL Server. - Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. - Optimize workflows and ensure efficient performance of the data warehouse environment. - Validate and monitor data quality to ensure integrity and reliability. - Create and maintain documentation for processes, architecture, and data models. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and system performance. - Utilize Azure Data Factory for data processing and workflow management. - Apply Kimball methodology to design and maintain efficient data models. - Support the ongoing improvement of data systems and analytics processes. Requirements - Proven experience in data warehousing, including design and development. - Expertise in ETL processes and tools, with a focus on data integration. - Proficiency in Azure Data Factory for creating workflows and managing data pipelines. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database. - Familiarity with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse systems. - Experience with business intelligence and data warehousing methodologies. - Ability to apply Kimball methodology in data model design. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
