In this full-time, on-site role, you'll learn how to connect clients with the right healthcare coverage using proven sales strategies and personalized support. No experience or license is required —we'll guide you through the training and licensing process.

  • No insurance license? No problem ! We will help you get fully licensed!
  • Recent graduates, customer service background, and experience in service/hospitality: ENCOURAGED to apply!
  • Little to no work experience? Thats okay ! If you're hungry, driven, and coachable we want you on our team!

**NOT A REMOTE POSITION**

  • Must be located in the Tampa Bay Area, OR in the process of relocating.
  • This position is full-time and on-site at our Tampa office.
  • Must be willing to commit to a full-time schedule.

- Position Duties -

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Use creative, proven techniques to attract and retain clients.
  • Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and new market opportunities to grow your book of business.
  • Educate Clients: Clearly explain insurance options and help clients choose plans that meet their needs.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide ongoing support and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Build Relationships: Establish trust and maintain strong, long-term connections with clients.
  • Use CRM Tools: Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Engage in Training: Participate in hands-on training and continuous professional development to improve your skills and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with colleagues and managers to share insights, strategies, and celebrate success.
