Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!As Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary operations for Adobe’s flagship dining program at the San Jose campus. This role oversees a high-profile foodhall concept serving breakfast and lunch, featuring seven distinct offerings: Sushi, Noodles, Hearth, Full-Service Salad Bar, Grill, Taqueria, and Northern Indian cuisine. The program also includes a full-service coffee bar, an expanded grab-and-go pantry, and a take-home meal program. You will lead a team of culinary associates, ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, and drive excellence across all kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily food production and culinary execution across all concepts
• Manage food and labor costs to meet financial targets
• Develop and execute creative, brand-aligned menus
• Lead inventory purchasing and controls
• Partner with culinary and marketing teams to launch new programs
Preferred Qualifications
• Culinary degree preferred
• 3–5 years of culinary management experience
• Strong background in high-volume production and multi-concept operations
• Proven cost-control and financial management skills
• Motivation to grow within a leading foodservice organization
