Job Description Insight Global Health is looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join a large healthcare system in Arizona! This person will be coming on-board on a contract to hire basis with full intentions to covert after the contract. This person will oversee the financial operations for one of the largest providers in the state which encompasses multiple facilities. This persons job will provide oversight for financial reporting, budget development, cost accounting, and financial analysis. This role will also have a team of people underneath them and be required to help grow and develop more junior level leadership. This organization is looking for individuals who all want to work hard together to succeed and is not fixated on titles but getting the job done. Skills and Requirements 5 years experience in Accounting or Finance for a Healthcare institution o Payer, Provider, Private Practice all acceptable o Previous managed both Capex and Opex budgets as well as finance projections and financial reporting o Previously responsible for business development initiatives that include major capital purchases, net revenue, and expense review  3 years managerial or leadership experience  Ideally worked for an organization or facility with multiple locations and 100+ beds  Expert level excel skills o Pivot tables, Autofilters, Power Query, macros  Strong communication skills and high character  Bachelors Degree Masters Degree  Lawson Software  Axiom Budget Software  Strata Cost Accounting null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
