Job Title : Functional Analyst

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for developers and testers.
• Assist in designing and configuring system functionalities based on business needs.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and defect tracking.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and other documentation as needed.
• Support ongoing system improvements and enhancements by analyzing feedback and suggesting optimizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level software platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday).
• Domain knowledge in [Finance, HR, Healthcare, Government, etc.].
• Experience with data analysis or SQL is a plus.
• Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
