Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper to join a small team and maintain a large home in excellent condition. The home is shared by two adults and a small dog. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in elevating the living experience of residents through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Regular cleaning of all interior areas of the home, including dusting, surface cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining bathrooms.
• Daily bed-making, towel arranging, and putting away personal items left by residents. 
• Organizing personal items, drawers, closets, and storage spaces.
• Laundry duties, including clothing, sheets, and towels, ironing as necessary, and putting away clean items; arranging for dry cleaning services twice a week.
• Re-stocking toilet supplies, replenishing bath care products, and other personal care supplies.
• Assisting with tidying and cleaning outdoor entertaining areas (patio, playground).
• Collecting and removing trash from all areas of the home.
• Washing dishes and deep cleaning kitchen and bar areas.
• Reporting maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager (e.g., light bulbs needing replacement, HVAC inconsistencies).
• Performing periodic deep cleans of storage areas and polishing of silver.
• Providing pet care as needed.
• Assisting with additional duties or errands requested by residents or the Property Manager.

Qualifications 

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong communication and organizational skills. 
• Excellent time management, a hardworking attitude, and a self-starter mentality.
• Ability to navigate stairs and lift 20+ pounds.
• 5+ years of similar experience. 
• Excellent verifiable references. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.
