Job Description

Pay Range - $55,000-65,000

Location: Mount Laurel Township, NJ

This position is 100% on-site and is not offered remotely.

The Human Resources coordinator supports the human resources department in a variety of functions. This highly visible role is responsible for the systemization of onboarding new employees which includes processing new hire paperwork, maintaining HR files and employee requirements, and assists HR leadership in all other assigned projects. The HR Assistant will also assist in planning fun employee engagement activities to contribute to a positive work environment.

Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities included the following

As with any job, other duties may be assigned to you as appropriate.

  1. Process new hire paperwork, which includes background and reference checks, licensure verification, I-9, etc.
  2. Coordinates employee medical clearance process for all hospital partners.
    1. Using Concentra or MobileHealth systems to schedule pre-employment screenings
  3. Assists in new hire onboarding processes
    1. Sending offer packets in DropBox Sign
    2. Sending background check links through Veritable Screening
    3. Sending onboarding link through Paycom
  4. Communicates with hospital administrators regarding new hire clearances and start dates
  5. Maintains digital employee files of requirements in HR Systems.
  6. Maintains licensure, registration, and other employee requirements in centralized systems.
  7. Coordinates with IT department to ensure new hires are appropriately set up for their first day
  8. Follows up and communicates with employees to ensure annual compliance requirements (licensure, flu shots)
  9. Conducts audits of employee documentation, ex. Form I-9s using E-Verify
  10. Will be added as HRIS system superuser.
  11. Will pull biweekly reports from the 401k database to ensure they match payroll deductions
  12. Responsibility for utilizing the HR inbox and communications outgoing to employee base.
  13. Performs other HR duties and projects as assigned.
