Description Summary: Molekule is on a mission to revolutionize indoor air quality. Powered by our proprietary PECO technology, Molekule’s air purification and HVAC solutions go beyond traditional filtration to destroy the widest range of indoor air pollutants. We’re building the future of clean indoor air—and we’re looking for brand-builders, storytellers, and digital trailblazers to join us.
As Molekule expands its reach, we’re looking for a strategic and self-directed Influencer, Affiliate & Social Media Manager to amplify our presence across key digital channels. This role calls for a builder - someone excited to lead influencer and affiliate campaigns from concept to execution and translate relationships into measurable results.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Customer Service, Creative, Paid Media, PR, and Product to ensure messaging and timing align. You’ll also help guide Molekule’s organic presence and maintain brand consistency across platforms. The ideal candidate is fast-moving, solutions oriented and takes the initiative to move projects forward without needing to be chased.
Influencer Marketing What You Will Own –- Source, build and manage relationships with UGC creators and nano, micro, and macro influencers across wellness, design, parenting, and tech verticals
- Plan and execute monthly product seeding, paid partnerships, and campaign rollouts
- Partner with Creative and Product teams to align messaging and visuals
- Track results and report on ROI, reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
Affiliate & Ambassador Program - Manage and grow Molekule’s affiliate marketing campaigns
- Identify and recruit top-performing partners
- Work with leadership to optimize commission structures and promotional incentives
- Analyze affiliate performance and drive revenue through new partnerships
Social Media Strategy & Execution - Own Molekule’s organic social strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Manage the content calendar, coordinate asset creation with Creative teams, and oversee daily publishing
- Manage and engage with community comments and messages, maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Analyze performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and follower growth
Requirements What You Will Bring: - Experience in DTC/E-commerce space strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth via influencer and partner channels
- Proven track record of working with multiple teams to turn ideas to impact
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, and/or affiliate program management and social media
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in using tools like GA4, Sprout Social, Superfiliate, Shopify, and Excel
- Experience with affiliate platforms and influencer discovery tools like Grin & Superfiliate
- Familiar with influencer marketing platforms like CreatorIQ, Levanta, Aspire, Upfluence, Izea, NewReach
- Familiar with creators on Instagram, Youtube, Podcasts, Tiktok
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, and clean living is a plus
