Position Overview We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Junior Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and helping ensure smooth communication across departments and with clients. Responsibilities: * Assist with daily communication between internal teams and external partners * Prepare, review, and distribute internal memos, client updates, and meeting summaries * Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups for communication projects * Support the preparation of company materials, presentations, and documents * Maintain accurate records of correspondence and documentation * Assist in event coordination, meetings, and staff communications Minimum requirements: Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) What We Offer: * Competitive hourly pay ($18.50 – $27.50 per hour, depending on experience) * Health, dental, and vision insurance options * Paid training and ongoing professional development * Opportunities for career growth within the company * Supportive and collaborative work environment
