What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair CNC lathes, machining centers, Fanuc robots, lasers, parts washers, and other automation equipment
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend machine life
Diagnose mechanical and minor electrical issues and replace motors, switches, and fuses
Support complex repairs with direction from senior technicians or supervisors
Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety protocols
Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or CNC machine shop environment
Solid knowledge of CNC systems, automation, and Fanuc robotics
Ability to read blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, and perform shop math
Familiarity with safety procedures including Lock-Out Tag-Out, Forklift Safety, and Arc Flash
Self-starter with excellent judgment and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to workplace safety, housekeeping, and quality standards
