Contract Length: 14 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule Note: Primarily Monday–Friday; weekend availability required due to urgent need
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide patient-centered therapy services focused on improving independence, functional abilities, and quality of life. The OT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs in collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs)
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the practicing state
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Healthcare/rehabilitation setting
Day shift assignment
Contract role with consistent guaranteed hours
Weekend coverage required as needed
