You’ll be supported by a seasoned team across three established locations, with 26 team members and eight full-time assistants who keep days running smoothly. Schedules stay full due to a strong reputation and consistent referral flow throughout the region.

Mentorship here is real and practical. You’ll work alongside experienced surgeons who are accessible, supportive, and responsive when questions arise. The expectation is not micromanagement but collaboration, communication, and growth. This is also a stable, doctor-owned practice with a clear and defined ownership pathway. The intent is to bring on an associate who wants to build long-term and eventually step into ownership within 1.5–2 years. What You’ll Do

• Provide bread-and-butter oral surgery, including extractions, third molars, and implants.
  
   
• Perform in-office anesthesia and sedation as the provider.
  
   
• Rotate across three established locations with a consistent home base 2–3 days per week.
  
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring general dentists.
  
   
• Work closely with a skilled, experienced clinical and support team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
  
   

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $425,000
  
   
• Total compensation: Typically $425,000–$600,000+ annually with production incentives.
  
   
• Compensation structure: Base salary plus production-based incentive
  
   
• Ownership opportunity: Clear 1.5–2 year pathway to buy-in
