Job Title: Organizational Change Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months | Contract
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Organizational Change Manager for an exciting job in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite).
ResponsibilitiesLead change management for key projects: conduct impact assessments, develop change/communication plans, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Partner with project managers to integrate OCM strategies into project delivery and track progress across initiatives.
Maintain and enhance the OCM Center of Practice by updating best practices, tools, and training resources.
Develop clear, consistent internal and external communications on behalf of leadership to support organizational goals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or IT-related field.
3–7 years’ experience in communications, project management, or change management (government or large enterprise preferred).
Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, etc.) preferred.
