CRD Careers , a boutique recruitment agency specializing in high-impact roles, is hiring for a fast-growing building materials supplier in Yonkers, NY. We’re looking for a hungry, relationship-focused Outside Sales Rep to help drive growth in the tri-state area.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain client relationships with contractors, builders, and developers
Prospect and cold call to build your book of business
Collaborate with inside sales and service teams to ensure top-tier delivery
Meet regularly with customers at job sites, offices, or over the phone
Deliver a strong mix of account management + new business development
What You Bring:
2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B or building materials preferred)
Proven track record of hitting sales targets
Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle
Strong interpersonal skills — someone who builds trust fast
CRM or lead-tracking system experience preferred
What’s In It for You:
Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 + commission
