We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the company's executives and senior management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company, as well as maintaining a positive and professional image.Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements- Answer and screen phone calls and emails, taking messages and responding to inquiries as needed- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events- Conduct research and gather information as requested by executives- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion- Act as a liaison between executives and other departments and external parties- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, and organizing documents- Other duties as assigned by executivesQualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively- Discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with confidential information- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plusWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
