Minutemen Staffing is Hiring for Experienced Pick and Packers in the Grove port area for 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday- Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves or storage locations using order tickets, barcodes, or other identification methods. 
• Accurately pick the correct quantity and type of items based on customer order requirements. 
• Package items securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and identification. 
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as  pallet jacks or  hand scanners , to assist with picking, packing, and transportation of items. 
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors. 
• Participate in inventory counts and cycles as needed. 

• Lift up to 49 pounds

• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds

• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around

• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)

• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standard
