The countdown is on! We are thrilled to announce that the new Chai Children’s Academy, a Jewish Preschool in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, is scheduled to open its doors on January 1st 2026.
We are actively seeking passionate, experienced educators to help us build a nurturing, inspiring, and enriching environment for our youngest congregants.We're looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our new program. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of a vibrant, Jewish educational experience right from the start!
About the Opportunity: This role is perfect for a teacher who is energized by the chance to create a lasting impact. As a core member of our founding staff, you will be instrumental in establishing our school's culture and educational excellence.
The Ideal Candidate Will: Have proven classroom experience with young children.Be passionate about early childhood education and fostering a love for Jewish life, culture, and values.Possess experience in curriculum development and implementation, with the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lessons that blend secular and Jewish learning.Be a strong communicator, a collaborative team player, and a warm, positive presence for children and parents alike.
