To continue their current trajectory, they are looking to hire a Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:
Leading production efforts to meet production and quality standards
Optimize the utilization of all machinery and equipment involved in production activities
Training and providing leadership for up to 25 production team members
Leading all process improvement efforts, including continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
 
Requirements for the Production Supervisor position include:
Previous experience leading production efforts in a high-speed, fast-paced manufacturing setting. Plastic processing experience preferred
Experience leading continuous improvement efforts, Lean initiatives, and process improvements
The ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
