We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Mentor, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Act a resource for operators to troubleshoot machining / production challenges in real time
• Implement and maintain Manufacturing Instructions (MI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals
• Utilize ERP software for effective production planning and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AS9100 compliance and quality assurance.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 4 or more years of machining experience (CNC or EDM)
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Instructions (MI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience in production optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
• Scheduling experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP software for production management.

Schedule and Compensation Information

• $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
• 12 hour shifts, 4 days per week
• 6:00PM - 6:30AM
