The Quality Assurance Analyst (Oracle QA Lead) is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive testing strategies across Oracle Cloud applications, integrations, and reporting solutions. This role ensures that technology solutions supporting clinical, operational, and financial functions meet standards for accuracy, performance, compliance, and patient focused operational reliability. The QA Lead works closely with IT, business stakeholders, and project teams to maintain high-quality system delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.
Develop and maintain an end to end Oracle testing strategy tailored to enterprise Oracle Cloud footprint (FIN, HCM, SCM).
Define test scope, data requirements, resource plans, and timelines based on project governance framework.
Create detailed test cases, scripts, and test matrices aligned to financial, supply chain, and HR operational workflows.
Log, analyze, and resolve defects using QA management tools
Coordinate with operational and business units across the network for UAT planning and execution.
