Analytica is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the quality, accessibility, functionality, and security compliance of applications, data pipelines, and reporting solutions. This role is integral to verifying deliverables to achieve desired outcomes and adheres to security requirements.

Responsibilities  include (But Are Not Necessarily Limited To):  

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data pipelines.
• Perform unit, integration, system, regression, and performance testing across AWS and Databricks environments.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and performance testing.
• Support documentation and validation needed for ATOs, FISMA audits, and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and vendor teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in  software quality assurance and testing, preferably in federal data-centric environments.
• Experience testing ETL pipelines, data platforms, or analytics tools is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ATO and FISMA testing and documentation is a plus.
• Software Quality or AWS technical certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication ability.
• Must have active or ability to obtain IRS MBI clearance.
