Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a 6-week assignment in Lacey, WA. This role involves working closely with individuals who display significant behaviors, requiring a professional who is confident, compassionate, and skilled in behavior intervention strategies.

Requirements:

• Active RBT Certification (Required)

• Experience working with individuals exhibiting significant behavioral challenges

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-intensity situations

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday to Friday

• 6.5 hours per day (32.5 billable hours per week)
