We’re currently looking for a dedicated Road Supervisor to help us uphold our safety and service standards in day-to-day operations.

Position Overview of a Road Supervisor:

As a Road Supervisor, you’ll be on the front lines of our fleet operation—supporting drivers, promoting safety, and ensuring compliance across the board. You’ll use a combination of in-field observation, video review, and direct communication to address issues, enforce standards, and keep our fleet running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities of a Road Supervisor:

• Assist drivers in the field with real-time support and issue resolution
• Collaborate with the Driver Support team to address driver concerns
• Monitor vehicle camera systems and retrieve relevant footage
• Conduct field safety audits and road compliance checks
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and proper documentation
• Coordinate random driver testing in accordance with company policies
• Respond promptly to accidents, incidents, and safety-related events
• Conduct site investigations and gather necessary reports or statements
• Support driver coaching, training, and safety initiatives

Qualifications of a Road Supervisor:

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using video surveillance or vehicle camera systems
• Calm and professional demeanor under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent required
