Job Overview

We’re looking for a disciplined, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our outbound growth team.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for many auto repair shop owners. You’ll play a critical role in building qualified pipeline, starting real conversations, and booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executives (AEs) .

This role is a great fit for someone who likes structure and problem-solving, but gets bored doing repetitive back-office work all day. It combines outbound calling, prospecting, and thoughtful conversation to help set the tone for our incoming clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and prospect independent auto repair shops through outbound calls and approved follow-up emails
  • Initiate conversations with shop owners and decision-makers
  • Provide high-level context around INCLECTIVE’s services and program range
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, authority, and interest
  • Book high-quality meetings directly on the Account Executive’s calendar
  • Follow INCLECTIVE’s structured, call-first outreach sequence
  • Accurately log calls, notes, and outcomes in our tracking system
  • Maintain clean, reliable prospect data
  • Meet weekly and monthly performance targets focused on quality , not volume
  • Participate in weekly kickoff and coaching sessions

Role Scope & Boundaries

SDRs are responsible for starting conversations and setting expectations — not closing deals.

  • SDRs may provide high-level pricing context
  • SDRs do not recommend specific packages
  • SDRs do not diagnose shop operations
  • SDRs do not negotiate pricing or terms

Detailed discovery, solution design, and final recommendations are handled by our Account Executives .

Qualifications

  • Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, BDC, call center, or outbound prospecting preferred
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection professionally
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Coachable, organized, and process-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM or call-tracking tools is a plus
  • Automotive or blue-collar industry familiarity is a bonus, not required

Compensation & Structure

  • 1099 contractor position
  • Performance-based compensation only
  • Paid on closed deals resulting from meetings you book
  • Eligible for lifetime residuals (policy applies)
  • Tenure-based residual accelerators available
  • No cap on earnings

Who This Role Is a Good Fit For

This role can be a great fit for individuals who are already familiar with 1099 or contract-based work , including those currently doing delivery or gig-based roles (such as DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Uber, etc.).

If you’re comfortable managing your own time, working toward performance goals, and prefer a structured opportunity during typically slower midweek hours (Tuesday–Thursday), this role can offer a more consistent, skill-building alternative with long-term income potential.
