Job Description

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Salesforce Developer to join our innovative team. Your role will involve creating and maintaining custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications that align with business needs, following Salesforce best practices and coding standards. This role can be remote, but must be on EST.  This role is contract to hire.

Responsibilities:

Development:

• Design, develop, and test custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code for custom business logic and database operations.
• Develop and maintain LWC components for building modern, interactive user interfaces.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure the reliability of applications.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Identify, resolve, and document technical issues and bugs.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and systems.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features. 

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and associated test classes
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including data model, security, and best practices
• Solid understanding of Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Solid understanding of Approvals within Salesforce
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS 
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with CPQ or RCA is a plus
• Experience with Marketing Cloud a plus
