Requirements

• Expert Django Skills: Mastery of the Django framework and its ORM.
• Python & API Design: A strong background in Python and experience designing powerful APIs.
• Data Modeling: Excellence in database design, optimization, and handling complex data migrations.
• AI Integration: Reflexive use of various AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale applications.
• Communication & Portfolio: Clear written communicator with a portfolio showcasing systematic, well-structured work.
• Location: Ideally US-based and located in or near the Canton, OH area for a hybrid arrangement (but mostly remote).

***Bonus Points:

• Experience building AI-powered tools (e.g., RAG, LLMs).
• Background in developing ERP/CRM systems or business process automation.
• Familiarity with React/Next.js.
• Knowledge of data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• High-level Slack skills (specifically your giphy game).
