Salary: $126,100 - 227,950 per year Requirements:

• I require a Bachelor's degree with 12 – 15 years of relevant experience. Additional experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret/SCI Clearance.
• I need you to be qualified in maintaining the eight L3Harris 406-420 MHz radio repeaters (seven operational and one as a backup), as well as the primary and backup transmit and receive antenna systems, redundant transmitter combiners, and receiver multi-couplers, along with other related radio repeater station equipment.
• Expert knowledge is essential for maintaining the Communications Security plan, managing open POAMS and RBDs, and creating and maintaining drawings.
• You must be skilled in providing video system maintenance, operations, multimedia support, and customer service.
• You should possess expert knowledge and training related to the front gate Mega sign and Barco Video wall, including design, current configurations, and future troubleshooting.
• I need you to have extensive knowledge in facilities management for all OCIO-supported buildings.
• You should be capable of interpreting drawings of buildings and equipment utilized within the buildings.
• You must support the center's emergency radio communication equipment.
• You should have expert knowledge of operational equipment, including troubleshooting capabilities, which will be needed for software operations, developing new designs, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities:

• I expect you to handle the maintenance, operation, and customer service support for the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) System.
• You will be responsible for the maintenance, programming, and repair of all P25 customer-supported radios.
• You will maintain and operate video systems, providing multimedia support and customer assistance.
• I need your support in executing the ARC Communications Security Plan.
• You will assist in managing facilities for all OCIO-supported buildings.
• You will contribute to emergency management efforts.
• Your responsibilities will include programming and repairing 400 customer L3Harris and Motorola Trunking radios supporting center law enforcement, fire operations, and safety-of-life functions related to national security.
• I need you to apply your expertise in troubleshooting system failures and implementing necessary design changes for the Trunking system.
• I expect you to support the ARC CIO’s Facility Safety Representative (FSR) in ensuring that our workspaces are safe and reliable.
• You will conduct safety walk-throughs of OCIO, reporting any hazards to the FSR.
• You will provide design recommendations to building designers for modifications and new installations.

The salary for this position ranges from $126,100.00 to $227,950.00. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation.
