In this role, you'll work with metal cladding, insulation, and steel components to assemble structural panels according to detailed plans and specifications. If you have experience in carpentry, roofing, material handling, and mechanical assembly, and you value safety and organization, this is the perfect opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble structural metal building panels in a manufacturing environment. + Operate hand and power tools effectively. + Use measuring tools such as tape measures and squares with precision. + Safely handle materials and assist with suspended load movements. + Follow work instructions and complete tasks on schedule. + Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Essential Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication, repair, assembly, and installation. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + At least 2 years of experience in siding, roofing, metalworking, or assembly trades. + Skilled in operating standard shop equipment. + Ability to measure accurately down to 1/16 inch. + High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred. **Additional Requirements** + Ability to select and operate the correct tools for each task. + Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. + Knowledge of the role prior to interview. **Why Work With Us?** + Competitive pay and excellent benefits. + Medical, dental, and vision coverage. + Company-paid and supplemental life insurance, short-term disability, accident and hospital insurance. + Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. + 401(k) with employer match. + Employee Referral Bonus Program. **Work Environment** You'll work in an open-air shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and fumes. The role requires physical mobility, including bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 70 lbs.
