MyTechTal is hiring a consultant that will help them solve some of the most complex problems that they're facing such as lead enrichment/ qualification through AI and profile enrichment for those niche profiles.
We believe that sourcing is a thing of the past and lead generation has to be clever and more creative with this AI bot minefield on LinkedIn.
Job Description:
For this role, we are seeking an experienced AI or Automation Consultant to join our team at Mytechtal and ideally that has experience in HR projects. As an AI or Automation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our clients in implementing AI and automation solutions for their HR practices. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and develop customized solutions that will improve their HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current HR practices and identify areas for improvement through the use of AI and automation technologies
- Develop and implement customized AI and automation solutions for clients, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of AI and automation solutions
- Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use and maintain the implemented solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies, and make recommendations for their use in HR practices
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their HR/Marketing operations
- Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposals, to promote our AI and automation consulting services
- Some of the technologies the consultant can be familiar with are : n8n, make.com, relevance.ai, UIpath (ideally), phantombuster, clearbit, waalaxy, tampermonkey (ideally), manusAI (ideally), gensparkAI (ideally)
- Experience devising new algorithms and/or scraping data from multiple sources and aggregating them
- Experience in implementing AI and automation solutions in HR or/ and Marketing/ Sales types of projects, preferably in a consulting capacity
- Strong preference for consultants located in the USA and located in Austin, Texas, other candidates located in Canada are also highly desired.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field or proven track record of projects (personal or professionnal).
- 3+ years of experience building solutions
- Experience building plugins and solutions for LinkedIn, X highly desired.
- Experience working in an HR Startup like Goperfect.com or CykelAI (preferred)
