Job Description A client of Insight Global Solutions is seeking a passionate Product Owner or Business Analyst with excellent Agile knowledge to work with Software Squads and manage product backlog for our Transactions Screening Services software development team. This new role requires an experienced Product Owner, ideally with technical background and excellent leadership skills who loves solving problems. You will manage key features for our product in strong relationship with the Product team. The client is a leading provider of innovative solutions for significant risk data analytics challenges. Be part of our mission and strategy to enhance our industry-leading and sophisticated used by the top 200 banks. The pay rate for this role ranges on years of experience between $45-55/hour. Key Responsibilities: You will be a key leader for the software squad: your leadership will drive the development of new features end to end and will bring customers satisfaction. - Support one agile product development team that delivers features and exciting capabilities (team is usually between 4 - 8 members, depending on the deliverables) - Work in strong relationship with the Product team to understand customer needs and business requirements. - Participate to Discovery or brainstorming sessions to gather detailed needs with end users. - Prioritize the Product backlog. - Define functional requirements as user stories with precise acceptance criteria. - Coordinate the review of these user stories with the Software and QA engineers to identify technical solutions, potential risks, dependencies, and complexity. - Validate User stories with the team with respect to the acceptance criteria. - Define contents of technical documentations (user guides, manuals) with technical writers. Accountabilities: - Anticipate all functional impacts in a complex multi-component platform. - Strong analysis and problem-solving skills: rigorous, fast learner and structured mindset to ensure overall product consistency - Drive business demos or trainings that require excellent communication skills.
