High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' automotive technician experience
Valid state driver's license and good driving record (for test drives)
Knowledge Of:
Automotive diagnostic tools and procedures
Common shop equipment and safety protocols
Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in using automotive repair tools
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing in-house training programs
Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
