Globe New York is seeking a Virtual Insurance Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating potential clients about the supplemental benefits package, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with claims processing.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in sales or customer service 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in computer skills and CRM software

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or video calls
• Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and premiums to clients
• Assist clients in completing applications and the underwriting process
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients
• Process insurance claims and handle any inquiries or issues
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations
