**Job Title: Weekend Cleanroom Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as a Weekend Cleanroom Assembler, where you will work in a quiet, clean, and air-conditioned environment. While wearing headphones, hair net, and gown, you will assemble small medical devices used in detailed surgeries, ensuring exceptional attention to detail. **Responsibilities** + Perform light hand assembly of small equipment on a tabletop. + Glue tubes or connectors accurately. + Ensure precision in assembling cardiac surgery devices, ranging from single components to packages of 25 components. + Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout repetitive tasks. + Participate in a comprehensive training program for approximately one month. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of light assembly experience. + Strong attention to detail. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with medical device assembly. + Experience working in a cleanroom environment. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from a supportive work environment with opportunities for yearly merit increases. The facility is quiet and air-conditioned, ensuring comfort throughout your shift. Dress code includes a gown and hair net to maintain a sterile environment. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with an option to work additional hours during the week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
