There are no limits to career growth based on performance Blue Link Wireless - Retail Sales Associate Qualifications: ~1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required. Hiring from hospitality fields, servers, bartenders, waiters/waitresses, baristas, nurses, wireless sales individuals, and those with other sales experience. ~ Bilingual preferred but not required in some markets. ~ Competitive and eager to learn! Sales Associates are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives! ~ Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology. ~ Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.
