Job Summary
FORM is looking for a Yoga Instructor to join our team in our brand-new studio expansion! The right candidate is able to teach several classes a week, adapt to both spicier and more restorative flows, excel at customer service and administration, expand and learn constantly, and work seamlessly with a fun and friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Lead group yoga classes of up to 20 people that incorporate various styles and techniques suitable for varying skill levels
• Modify and layer for all populations and ability levels.
• Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics and physiology to ensure a safe and challenging practice
• Envelop FORM's positive, motivating energy and encourage community and connection within the studio
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment in compliance with studio standards
• Attend quarterly staff meetings, occasional 1-1 check-ins, and annual reviews
• Advertise classes within the studio and community to garner and keep high class attendance

Qualifications

• Certification in Yoga Instruction from an accredited program is required
• Experience teaching yoga classes.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles necessary for effective instruction
• Additional skills in Mat/Reformer Pilates and/or Personal Training advantageous
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting health and wellness
• Ability to create engaging class experiences that foster community and member satisfaction

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 16.0 per week
