Associate Attorney

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for client service. Qualifications and Duties include :

• Supervising Medicaid Applications, Guardianship complaints

• Drafting plans, EP documents

• Manage all phases of Estate administration

• Attending client meetings

• Manage client communication

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both on the telephone and in person

• Marketing efforts to attract estate planning and elder law clients.

• Developing relationships with community partners

• Drafting court submissions and attendance in court

• Handling estate litigation, guardianship contests, and fair hearing matters

Required Experience:

• 2-3 years Estate Planning and Elder law experience

• NJ Bar required, PA Bar preferred; Book of business is a plus

• Litigation experience preferred

Salary:

• Commensurate with experience
