Construction Project Manager:

Location: Wisconsin Dells, WI:

Job Description:

• Strong commercial/industrial Construction Project Management skills.
• Oversee the development of building designs, estimates, bids, specifications and construction execution plans.
• Must have demonstrated competence managing variably sized construction projects from inception to completion.
• Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, time management skills, technical aptitude and Business Acumen.
• Coordinating With Subs, Superintendents and foreman's.
• Approving subcontract pay requests.
• Must be a self-starter, and possess a strong work ethic.

Required Experience & Education:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Business management, construction management or related experience a plus.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of project management or supervisory experience in the construction and building industry.
• Experience leading medium to large commercial projects.
• Degree in Construction Management a Plus

Compensation: $80K to $120K Base + Bonuses and Full-Benefits.
