About the Role

• As a Medical Assistant and Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic while supporting both administrative and clinical operations. Your enthusiasm for health and wellness will shine as you deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create a Warm Environment : Greet every patient with a smile, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere while upholding outstanding customer service standards.
• Patient Support: Assist patients with booking, rescheduling, and managing appointments with ease and efficiency.
• Program Expertise: Answer inquiries about the Medi-Weightloss program, providing clear and knowledgeable responses to patients and prospective clients.
• Administrative Excellence: Handle phone, text, and fax communications, routing messages promptly and professionally.
• Billing and Inventory: Support billing and coding tasks and monitor daily inventory levels for clinical and office supplies.
• Document Management: Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized, accurate records.
• Clinic Upkeep: Ensure the clinic remains clean, welcoming, and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
• Team Collaboration: Embrace opportunities to learn and train in new roles, contributing to the clinic’s success.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, dependable team player who is passionate about health and wellness and lives a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate brings:

• Customer Service Skills: Front desk reception or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
• Medical Experience: Familiarity with a medical setting (preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate!).
• Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required).
• Enthusiasm for Learning: Eagerness to develop new skills in the medical field, with comprehensive training provided in injection administration, EKG, phlebotomy, and more.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and dedication to patient care.
