Overview:

An established, high-volume practice in Green Bay is seeking a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a physician-led, multi-specialty group. This role offers immediate production, multiple income streams, and rare ownership opportunities. The structure allows surgeons to focus on clinical care while operational teams manage the business side. This position supports both entry-level and experienced surgeons with flexible career pathways based on experience and goals.

Compensation:

• $400K to $1M earning potential.
• Uncapped earning potential tied to productivity.
• 35% of collections model for experienced surgeons.
• Established patient schedule from day 1.
• Multiple income streams through clinical production.

Practice Environment:

• High-volume referral network with 250+ providers.
• Nurse practitioner support for pre-op and post-op care.
• Advanced surgical technology.
• Robot-assisted surgical options.
• Physician-owned and physician-led group across 19 specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive procedures including extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, and Level IV sedation.
• Diagnose and manage complex facial trauma, pathology, TMJ dysfunction, and sleep apnea surgical cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary physician teams.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
• Participate in shared governance and practice growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABOMS.
• Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain.
• Strong surgical judgment and clinical decision-making.
• Team-oriented and patient-focused approach.
